Founder & Principal Consultant
Mark Edward Fultz founded MoveSeven LLC with a vision to bridge the gap between strategic planning and dynamic execution. With over 35 years of experience in management consulting, he has helped organizations across Defense, Intelligence, and Technology Sectors navigate complex transformations and achieve measurable results.
Prior to founding MoveSeven, Mark served as a Special Operations Operator at the U.S. Army Special Mission Unit, Senior Intelligence Officer in the Department of Homeland Security, Chief Science & Technology Officer at the Department of Defense, and Chief Strategist in the Intelligence Community, where he led critical strategic initiatives and transformational programs. His expertise spans strategic planning, organizational design, change management, and operational excellence.
Mark is passionate about the chess metaphor that inspired MoveSeven's philosophy—believing that true strategic success comes from the ability to transition seamlessly from preparation to adaptive execution.
Mark holds a Masters of Arts in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, where he was a Distinguished Graduate. His academic foundation in strategic studies combined with decades of operational experience provides unique insight into bridging theory and practice.

Catherine Fultz co-founded MoveSeven LLC and brings over 15 years of experience in executive leadership, program and project management, organizational development, and process improvement across the Defense, Intelligence, Technology, and Pharmaceutical sectors.
Before MoveSeven, Catherine served as Vice President of Operations for organizations across multiple sectors, delivering global consulting expertise, professional services, and technology solutions to federal, defense, and industry clients. Her leadership has guided complex initiatives across defense and intelligence sectors, enterprise software and digital delivery organizations, and regulatory product development programs.
Catherine specializes in translating strategy into execution and has successfully led multimillion-dollar programs in highly regulated and mission-critical environments. She navigates complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities with a consistent focus on operational excellence and sustained impact. Her work spans organizational and operating model design, portfolio and PMO governance, process improvement, performance management, and change management. Known for her deep engagement in implementation, she works directly with leaders and delivery teams to operationalize strategy, strengthen execution discipline, and drive lasting organizational impact. Passionate about developing leaders, she builds high-performing delivery organizations through hands-on, execution-focused coaching.
