Founder & Principal Consultant
Mark Edward Fultz founded MoveSeven LLC with a vision to bridge the gap between strategic planning and dynamic execution. With over 35 years of experience in management consulting, he has helped organizations across Defense, Intelligence, and Technology Sectors navigate complex transformations and achieve measurable results.
Prior to founding MoveSeven, Mark served as a Special Operations Operator at the U.S. Army Special Mission Unit, Senior Intelligence Officer in the Department of Homeland Security, Chief Science & Technology Officer at the Department of Defense, and Chief Strategist in the Intelligence Community, where he led critical strategic initiatives and transformational programs. His expertise spans strategic planning, organizational design, change management, and operational excellence.
Mark is passionate about the chess metaphor that inspired MoveSeven's philosophy—believing that true strategic success comes from the ability to transition seamlessly from preparation to adaptive execution.
Mark holds a Masters of Arts in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, where he was a Distinguished Graduate. His academic foundation in strategic studies combined with decades of operational experience provides unique insight into bridging theory and practice.
Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer
Catherine Fultz co-founded MoveSeven LLC, bringing 15 years of experience in executive leadership, program and project management, organizational development, and process improvement. She plays a vital role, serving as the Chief Operations Officer, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment across all client engagements.
Before co-founding MoveSeven, Catherine served as Vice President, Assistant Vice President of Operations, Senior Director – Information Technology and Systems Engineering Support, Senior Project Manager, and Global Client Account Manager, supporting federal agencies and industry clients such as the DoD, DHS, and the Intelligence Community.
Catherine is adaptable and resourceful in navigating complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities. Adept in problem-solving and identifying the underlying factors that impede team performance. Proven success implementing process improvements and tools to optimize efficiency and drive positive outcomes across diverse industries in support of global multimillion-dollar software development, Information Technology, Intelligence Operations (Defense sector), and Regulatory Product Development programs (Pharmaceutical industry), making her an invaluable partner in helping organizations navigate complex transformations.
Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University and is a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®). She is committed to leadership development and coaching Program Managers on the tools and techniques of project planning, budgetary analysis and forecasting, risk analysis, contract management, and business development.
